Typically, accounts freeze due to violations of our Terms and Conditions of Service, inactivity or being unsubscribed from our mailing list.
Accounts can also become frozen due to a violation or flagged due to a non correlation of enroll poll answers. For example answering "YES" to being in 6th grade and answering "YES" to being a truck driver.
Other forms of violations can include having duplicate accounts from the same IP address, malicious responses on tests, or spammed answers on tests.
