We're sorry to hear you're having trouble! Shoot us an email and provide the following:

  • The device used to take the test
  • The operating system of the device
  • The name of the internet browser you were using
  • The link of the test that is having the error
  • Your IP address 
  • Any troubleshooting you may have performed

We're happy to look into any behavior you may be experiencing and get to the bottom of it.
